SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
Orders placed online are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. A notification email will be sent once the order is shipped. We ship via UPS.
RETURN POLICY
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return. You can contact us via email at web@beed.co or call 1-833-458-8233 to obtain a return authorization and address for shipping.
Please return within 14 days after receipt of the return authorization.
All unused and unopened machines purchased online may be returned for a full refund. Machine must be in original condition and packaging in like new condition. Customer will pay for shipping. Please include a copy of the receipt in the return. A refund will be issued within 10 days upon receipt of the package.
DAMAGED MACHINES
If you experience any issues with your machine, please contact us for a replacement or return authorization. A return label will be issued for damaged machines. Damaged machines due to customer’s fault cannot be returned.
